Clint & Mandee

When I first started really wanting to take pictures of people, these 2 were really supportive and let me practice on them.  They were my first "official" photo shoot ;)  And so, this is the 3rd year I've taken their pics.  We've been friends for years (as I've posted before).  We were at each other's weddings and we were pregnant with our first babies together.  Makayla and Bryn are only 6 weeks apart.  And now, we're next door neighbors ;)  Mandee's been there for me through a lot - especially the last few months.  When I had surgery the first time, she planted my flowers, weeded my flower beds, brought us dinner, watched the kids.  Clint has even fixed a broken pipe for me while Bry was hunting (I didn't even know how to turn the water off!  ha ha).  We love you guys!  Thanks for letting me take your pics again!!
You can see last years shoot here.  And our first shoot here.

TJ & Stacey

We love hanging out with these guys.  We try to get together once a month with some friends in our neighborhood and TJ and Stacey always have all of us rolling!

I had a great time with them - and the weather was perfect.

Thanks for the Dew you two!!  You sure know how to treat a girl ;)

The "B" Fam - sneak peek

This was such a fun shoot!  Steve and Bry were great buddies in highschool and we all of lots of memories together.  I was so excited to spend some time with them - and I brought my favorite guy as my assistant ;)

Aren't the kids flippin' adorable.  Little Miss just melted my heart.  She told me we were friends ;)
Thanks Steve and Nat!!

Favorite people

Meet two of my favorite people.  Whenever I think of Art and Karen, so many memories fill my mind.  They've known me for most of my life.  They are great friends of my mom and dad's.  My dad would do a lot of "building" jobs for them when I was growing up and so I was at their house a lot.  And my favorite thing to do with them...sit in their front room and play Art's Grand piano.  I remember him sitting by me and kicking my foot off the peddle cause I held it too long.  He had me playing "Jessica's Theme" perfectly ;)  I could sit there all day and watch him play.  See, Art plays by ear.  And it's one of the most beautiful sounds you've ever heard.
I loved playing at their house.  And when I was little, I asked Karen if I could get have my reception in her backyard when I got older.  She said absolutely.  So, when I got older, I did just that.

Anyway, meet Art and Karen.
They're darling and two of the nicest people you'll ever meet.  I just love them.

La Caille wedding!

WOW!  This night was incredible!  Incredibly beautiful and sweet couple.  My darling and amazing friend Ang drove down from Idaho to help me out and be my "assistant" for the night (she's one of the reasons I became so interested in photography).  Can I say the word "incredible" one more time?  It really was a gorgeous ceremony and everyone was so gracious.  I feel so blessed that I had the opportunity to be there.

(Don't know why my signature went all funky on this one???)

Isn't this little guy so darling?!  He's got the bluest eyes!

Thank you again so so much Tim & Beth!!

Stunning...

That was all I could say when Lindsey walked out in her dress.  She makes such a beautiful bride....
So, I was way excited when Lindsey said she wanted me to do some for her.  And the best part - we did the shoot in the mountains at her grandparents cabin!  How awesome is that?!  I literally was in heaven .  It was such a fun shoot.  Linds - thanks for putting up with me for 3+ hours of shooting.  You're a trooper :)

L.O.V.E the boots!!!

This is one of my very favorite shots......

I love the following because her Grandma laid each of those stones herself!

Fly Fishing - Booyah!

"Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time. On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words, and some of the words are theirs.

I am haunted by waters."   -Norman Maclean (A River Runs Through It)

My hubster loves that movie/book.  He pretty much can quote any line from that movie/book.

This summer I've been lucky enough to go fishing with him a couple of times.  I took these shots of him last week.  I was having an "off" day, so I grabbed the camera and got some pretty awesome shots of him!

"T-Man" Sneek peak

This handsome little man's mom was one of my "Young Women" in our old ward....years ago.  And now she's a cute little mom (makes me feel old - just a little bit).

Anyway, I was so excited when she emailed me and asked me if I would do their pics.  Just check out little "T's" eyes!  I adore them.

He loved the trains!
Thanks again Cori!!  You're a darling mom and I enjoyed every minute of our shoot!
